  • At the beginning i had a huge problem with their customer service the method of shipping was FEDEX and usually that is not a problem unless is FEDEX GROUND, I told them i never received the package and their response was that FEDEX said it was delivered, so basically I was not believed and had to just pay and shut up, made me pretty angry, had a big deal with PAYPAL which sided with them and was going complete bonkers not knowing what to do, when all of the sudden like the good company they were told to me they were, was sent another replacement of the item via FEDEX this time with a proof of signature, it really made my day to know that customer service is alive and well in this country, i will shop again for sure because they turned it around, only complaint would be to get a proof of signature to avoid problems in the future. --- H Flores, NV
