The Home Improvement Superstore Outlet is an area of our store that offers great deals on new merchandise, refurbished merchandise, closeout merchandise, customer returns, open box and surplus items. We strive to provide professional service and quick shipping with items going out within two business days. Due to the nature of customer returns and closeouts, these items are being sold as-is, at a deep discount off of retail prices. From time to time, we are able to list repair parts we have salvaged, too, so check back often to see the latest deals! These are name brand items that come from some of the top retail stores around, so be assured you are receiving name-brand, top-quality goods at a low price!

To keep our prices low, we cannot fully inspect each closeout, customer return and/or open box item, but we will try to document any missing or damaged pieces as much as possible. There is a degree of risk involved in purchasing store return items and closeouts, but we offset that by offering items at huge discounts off of the retail price. A manual or remote may be missing, or an item may need a quick tune up to run properly. We will inspect all items visually to make sure it has not been abused and will discard it if it has been obviously damaged. Please make sure you thoroughly clean these items before use. Many of our items look new and are in the original packaging, but some items may not work. This is something we want to be upfront about.
