How we get it from our door to yours!

We ship all orders from our 15 quality-controlled warehouses located within close proximity of all UPS shipping zones. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and some may ship within 48 hours depending on the time of day when your order is received. As always, we strive to ship as fast as possible while still ensuring accuracy.

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 States. We do not ship to P.O. Box and military APO & FPO addresses. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

If you have special shipment needs, please give us a call Toll Free at 1-866-697-6444. Our Customer Care Associates are available from Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

We ship via UPS Ground so you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days. Please note that shipments to remote and/or rural locations may require additional time for delivery.

We will notify you of your order confirmation via email and provide any available tracking information so that you can track your order online.

Please do this...When Your Item Is Delivered:

We thank you for your order. And, hope that your item(s) arrives safely and that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we'd like to remind you to always inspection your package(s), at the time of delivery, to ensure that your item(s) has not been damaged during shipping. Please follow the suggestions below:

For items shipped via UPS: If there is any damage, all claims for damage must be made with the carrier at the time of delivery. For others, you must contact us within 3 days to report the damage. If you do not contact us within 3 days, the product(s) becomes your property.

For items shipped via common carrier: Please inspect the box for any noticeable damage; remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt, before you sign the delivery ticket. Otherwise, the products(s) becomes your property.

However, in rare occasions when the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and immediately call us toll free at: 1-866-697-6444.

Signature Requirement

For your protection, a signature may be required at the time of delivery. Please select a delivery address where you can sign for your package when it arrives. If a signature is required and you cannot be at the delivery location during the business day, you may sign a UPS door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.

Special Shipping Instructions

If you have special shipping instructions, please indicate these instructions in the comment section during checkout. Special shipping instructions regarding re-boxing of any sort will add AT LEAST 2 days to the shipping time.
