Comments: "At the beginning i had a huge problem with their customer service the method of shipping was FEDEX and usually that is not a problem unless is FEDEX GROUND, I told them i never received the package and their response was that FEDEX said it was delivered, so basically I was not believed and had to just pay and shut up, made me pretty angry, had a big deal with PAYPAL which sided with them and was going complete bonkers not knowing what to do, when all of the sudden like the good company they were told to me they were, was sent another replacement of the item via FEDEX this time with a proof of signature, it really made my day to know that customer service is alive and well in this country, i will shop again for sure because they turned it around, only complaint would be to get a proof of signature to avoid problems in the future." -- H Flores, NV

After I placed a recent order online, I was contacted less than 24 hours later to inform me the item I ordered was no longer available. Since the website hadn't been updated, they offered a newer more expensive version of the item, but at the original lower price. Whenever this has happened at other online stores, they either offer to cancel the order or just automatically cancel the order. The last time this happen the only contact I receive was an email 7 days after the order telling me the order had been canceled.
